KosheVault is designed around data minimization and respect for sensitive information. This policy will be finalized with the organization’s legal counsel before production launch, including the controller identity, contact details, processing purposes, retention schedule, and regional rights disclosures.

Security and encryption

Vault content is designed to remain encrypted through storage and transport. Operational data is processed only to operate, secure, and improve the service within documented controls.

Website analytics

This website records a visit's IP address, user-agent string, and an automated classification of whether the visit came from a known bot or crawler. This is used only to display an aggregate visitor count and to distinguish human traffic from automated traffic — it is not linked to any account, vault content, or other product data. Retention and deletion terms will be finalized alongside the rest of this policy.
